No change — if you're already a member on our essential, premium or platinum plan , you’re all set. Your current plan continues as normal.

The private patient list will not affect appointment prices. However, like all healthcare providers, appointment fees may change from time to time for other reasons.

Fees aren’t refundable, but all new joiners to our patient list get the first 3 months free, giving you plenty of time to see the benefits before any payments start.

At the moment anyone that wants to join as a private patient will need to pay as an individual. We’re reviewing options for family or joint accounts in the future, and we’ll keep our members updated. If needed you can use the same card for to subscribe for multiple patients.

Your patient list access can’t be paused. The idea is to give you peace of mind that access is always there when you need it, whether that’s regularly or just occasionally.
