Yes, you can. You do not forfeit any of your NHS entitlements by using our service. We recommend that you stay registered with your NHS GP practice to ensure assistance in the event of a medical emergency.
There is no joining fee. Our annual membership plans include a range of services that are included in your monthly subscription fee and are therefore free to use. If you choose our pay as you go option, you pay for the service at the time of booking.
No, this service is not covered by most private medical insurance plans – you will need to pay for this yourself.
At the present time, we will not have access to your NHS medical records, but part of your registration process is for the GP to capture this information from you.
No – not unless you consent for us to keep them updated. Any routine investigations and test results are private to you and will not be shared with your GP. Only with your permission will we share your treatment with us with your registered GP. For your own health and safety, we will ask for your consent to share important medical information with your GP.
No, we can only issue you with a private prescription that your pharmacy will process in the same way. Some medications are cheaper on a private prescription than with the NHS and others are more expensive. This can vary from pharmacy to pharmacy. We will aim to have a pharmacy that can deliver medication to you. You can still get your NHS prescriptions that your NHS GP has prescribed you.

Out of these hours, we will have a call answering service that will forward messages to our team and we will call you back at the start of the next working day. In the interim, you will be able to book an appointment to see a GP online subject to availability. As we grow our patient list, we will be able to extend our clinic times and expand our service offering.
You choose how and when you want to be seen – home visits, local surgery appointments, phone or video consultations - depending on your annual subscription plan and what is included.
There are no long waiting times and we can usually provide same day consultations. We aim to offer appointments within 24 hours to our membership patients.
You can pay our fees securely by credit or debit card when you book online or over the phone. If you are on a subscription plan, the monthly fee is taken from the card that was used to make the initial booking.
Yes - 6 months. Thereafter you can cancel.
Yes – depending on the membership plan you are on and whether you are in our home visit catchment area. Fees may apply if you have used up your annual plan entitlement or are outside of our catchment area.
Appointments are strictly by prior appointment. If you are a member, you can book appointments online through our patient portal on our website.
You will need to call 999 or 111 as we are not equipped to respond to these. We only cover routine check-ups.
Please follow the government guidelines on self-isolation and quarantine. For the safety of our doctors, staff and other patients, all suspected coronavirus cases are dealt with by the NHS. Please call 111 immediately if you are having difficulty breathing or it is a medical emergency.
PAY AS YOU GO or Chargeable Appointments
You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment. You can do this free of charge through the patient portal or by calling the Practice on 0333 241 6441 during our opening hours.
If you cancel the appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the full price of the consultation.
If you reschedule the appointment within 24 hours, you will incur an administration fee of £15.
If you do not attend the appointment and do not inform us, you will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.
Membership Appointments
You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment. You can do this free of charge through the patient portal or by calling the Practice on 0333 241 6441 during our opening hours.
If you cancel the appointment within 24 hours or do not attend, you will lose one of your included annual consultations.
If you reschedule the appointment within 24 hours, you will incur an administration fee of £15.
Yes – we respect your rights, privacy, religious and cultural beliefs, confidentiality and dignity. You can request a chaperone when you arrive for your appointment.
No, we do not have access to do this. We can only refer you to NHS A&E.
Yes – we have access to a local network of private specialists and we can refer you to see these. If you have private health provision, these are normally covered by your insurance. If you do not, we can refer you to see one on a self-pay basis. Please note that payment arrangements are direct between you and the specialist, private clinic or private hospital – these are not included in our fees.
Yes, if this is required following your consultation with the GP. If you are on a membership subscription, this is included within your plan. They are also available on a pay as you go basis for a fee of £15.
We recommend that patients stay registered with their NHS GP.
