Depending on the health check you've selected, you'll receive either a phone or in-person follow-up appointment with a GP to review your results in detail. A comprehensive digital report will follow, outlining all findings and personalised insights.

Follow-up appointment: A GP reviews your results, explains findings in depth either over a phone consultation or in-person, and offers personalised guidance tailored to your health goals.

Yes—fasting for 8–12 hours is recommended before your test (water is fine). This ensures accurate readings for key markers like glucose, lipids, and insulin.

Absolutely. All health check packages are fully inclusive of all genders. In our Core Health Check we offer targeted cancer screening, testing gender-specific markers—like PSA (for men) or CA‑125 (for women). CA-125 and PSA tests are currently offered to patients aged 45 and over, in line with clinical guidelines. Screening is most effective from this age, when risk factors tend to increase. This ensures testing is both appropriate and beneficial to your health.
