How long does an assessment take?
The full assessment typically takes around 60–90 minutes, and you’ll receive your personalised report within a few minutes. Your results are then reviewed by a GP who explains your assessment results and creates a personalised plan for you.

How is this different from a standard GP check-up?
Unlike a routine GP visit, this programme offers in-depth diagnostic testing, a whole-body approach, and continuous support from specialists in skin dermatology and metabolic health.

Are treatments included in the price?

What is the fair usage policy for GP appointments?
Your subscription gives you access to unlimited GP appointments throughout the year, whenever you need them. To ensure fair use and availability for all members, a fair usage limit of 16 appointments per year applies. This benefit is for the named subscriber only and cannot be shared or transferred. If your usage regularly exceeds this allowance, we may review your subscription to make sure it’s being used appropriately.
