Single membership
£65 per month
For our Annual Membership Plans at Fylde Private Medical in Lytham St Annes, the contract is for 12 months and cover is paid for interest-free on a monthly basis by debit or credit card. The minimum subscription term for our membership plans is six months. Family membership is based on two adults and children.
